Maintenance
What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?
Prior to move-in, your apartment will be cleaned, inspected by maintenance, and treated by pest control.
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
No, you are not required to be present for work being performed.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes, we do have on-site maintenance during business hours, and our maintenance team is on-call after hours.
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
If an item needs repair, you should submit a maintenance request in your online resident portal. Once submitted, our maintenance team will address the issue and make any necessary repairs.
What happens if I am locked out?
If you are locked out during business hours, let the front office know and a member of our team will assist you. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a local locksmith
What if I have a maintenance emergency?
If you experience a maintenance emergency during business hours, contact our office and submit a maintenance request. If you experience an emergency after hours, call our office number and select the option for "Maintenance"

Is parking available?
Yes, there is parking available on site.
What amenities does the property offer?
Our property offers a 24/7 fitness center & yoga studio, pool, golf simulator, dog park, pet spa, bicycle storage, car wash, and courtyard area with multiple grilling stations.
Is your community pet friendly?
Yes, our community is pet friendly. Breed restrictions do apply.
What appliances are standard?
Your apartment comes standard with dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
During which time periods are the amenities available for use?
The fitness center and yoga studio is 24/7, our pool is open from dawn until dusk, and our golf simulator is during business hours.
Is parking available, and what are the options for residents?
Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We do have EV charging stations on site for those residents with electric vehicles.
How many pets can I have?
There is a maximum of two (2) pets per household.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?
The application process can take up to 48 hours, but may be completed sooner depending on how quickly the applicant responds to requested documents.
What are my options for paying my rent?
You can pay your rent via your online resident portal, personal check, or certified funds. Additonally, Miro offers FlexPay.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
No, you are not required to purchase renter's insurance. You will be billed monthly for our Renter's Legal Liability (RLL) program, which provides coverage for the home itself in the event of disaster.
Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?
Our apartments homes have an existing master plan with AT&T. Residents are required to activate this service upon move-in and will be billed directly through Miro.
What documents are needed for the application process?
During the application process, you will be required to provide a valid photo ID and two (2) months of income statements.
How do I set up my utilities?
You must contact Georgia Power and create an accouont with them for electricity. Water, sewer, and trash are billed through our community, so you will not need to do anything.
Which utilities are included in my rent?
There are no utilities included in the base rent. Your water, sewer, and trash are billed through our community and based on usage, and those are paid along with your rent each month.
What if my application is denied?
If your application is denied, you have the option to reapply using The Guarantors. However, if you choose not to move forward, your administrative fee will be refunded.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply on the 5th.Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

How much are the application fees?
Application fees are $75 per person. Anyone 18 years of age or older is required to apply.

Our community is in the Savannah Chatham County Public Schools district.

Both the Shops at Tanger Outlets and Blue Moon Crossing are just minutes away from our community.

How do I get to your community?
Our community is located at the four-way stop of Pine Barren Road and Pooler Parkway. If you're coming from I-95, take exit 104—we’re approximately 4 miles ahead on the right. From I-16, take exit 155, and you'll find us about a mile ahead on the left.
